  • To All Members, when visiting the Club at any time please remember that:

    Members are NOT PERMITTED to open the bar door for ANYONE; We continue to implore our members to not open the door for people standing outside who do not have membership cards. This is the responsibility of the Club Officers, Trustees, and Bartenders.

    All members must show their card to the bartender before being served; have the bartender on duty sign you in if you do not have your card with you.

    When you bring a guest(s) in, you must sign your guest(s) into the book and your guest(s) must leave when you do. ABC rules allow for a maximum of nine guests per visit.

    Rules are established by the NJ Alcoholic Beverage Control, we have no say in these rules, and we must adhere to these rules, or we will face fines and other actions by the NJ ABC.

    Reminder: No Smoking, Vaping, or use of E-Cigarettes while in the bar. This is a violation of NJ State Law and is a Club rule. If you wish to smoke, you must do so outside on the patio or away from the hall entrance. Thank you!

    Volunteers Needed - We are seeking some of our members to serve as volunteers during busy times in order to assist us with the security of our organization. Member volunteers would be stationed at the bar door in order to check membership cards upon entering our club. The card checks would take place only on certain nights and at certain events. The membership card checks would usually last about a couple of hours during the busiest hours and days or special event occurrences. If you are interested in becoming a membership card-checking volunteer or are interested in obtaining more information, please contact our head of security, Vince McKelvey at 609.775.5761

    		The next Division Meeting is scheduled to take place on November 20 at 7:00 P.M. The monthly meetings are about events taking place at the club, becoming informed about our shared heritage and issues that affect the Irish both here and abroad. Please consider coming out and sharing an evening with your brother Hibernians.

    The next LAOH Meeting is scheduled to take place on November 10 at 6:30 P.M.

    		REST IN PEACE - Josephine "Jo" Dominick | Josephine "Jo" Dominick, mother of our long-time member Jamine Dominick-McLaughlin and grandmother of former Miss St. Patrick Shannon McLaughlin (2017) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Please keep Josephine and her family in your prayers.

    		FOUNDATION TRUSTEE ELECTION | There were no new nominations for Foundation Trustees before the October 13th deadline. Therefore, our current trustees will continue to serve for the 2025-2026 term:

    		AOH VETERANS MEMORIAL CEREMONY | The club will hold our annual veterans memorial service Saturday, November 8th at 10:30 am. We hold this ceremony to honor our veterans, past and present, who have sacrificed so much. The service will take place at the veterans monument and the club will be open after the ceremony. All are invited to attend.

    		ANNUAL FAMINE MASS | Saturday, November 8th at 10:30 am. Following the Veterans memorial ceremony, the annual Famine Mass will take place in the hall. The celebrant will be Father Daniel Cahill. A luncheon will follow the mass.

    		SPONSORS NEEDED - HAMILTON PARADE T-SHIRT | 2026 is the 40th Anniversary of the Original St. Patrick's Day Parade. It takes ove $50,000 to the parade on the street. To help with our fundraising efforts, the Parade and Scholarship Committee will be selling T-Shirts and Hoodies with the 40th year logo. For your donation of $100, your name will be listed (alphabetically) on the back of the shirt, and you will receive a commemorative t-shirt.

    		THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE | Last Day for Donations is Nov. 23 Members can drop off Non-Perishable food items and frozen turkeys at the club. Monetary donations and gift cards are gladly accepted. Non-Perishable foods include such items as Canned fruits, vegetables, or beans; Canned protein (tuna, salmon, chicken, etc.); Canned soup, stew, broth, pasta sauce; Packaged foods (seeds, nuts, oats, granola, rice, quinoa, beans, pasta); Plastic jar foods (nut/seed butters, jelly, cooking oil); Shelf-stable milk (dairy, oat, nut, etc.). Anyone interested in making a donation can drop off your food donations at the club in the bin in the bar area. There is also an envelope to drop off monetary donations, ask the bartender. If any member knows of someone or a family in need, please leave a note in the envelope with contact information. Your support is very much appreciated!

    		2024 HIBERNIANS OF THE YEAR | Congratulations to our 2024 Hibernians of the Year - Fred York (Foundation) and Don Lennox (Division)! Fred and Don were presented with their awards at the Annual Hibernian Workers' Party at the Club's hall where many gathered to honor these outstanding men for their contributions over the past year.     		AOH VETERANS MEMORIAL BLOCKS FOR SALE | Buy an engraved block to honor your loved ones who wore the uniform of our U.S. Military.

    Blocks are $100 each and are 6" x 12" with engraving up to three lines (no more than 12 characters and spaces per line).
