DO I COMPLETE PART A, PART B, OR BOTH ON THE APPLICATION?
In order to apply as a Division Member you must meet ALL of the following criteria:
be of Irish birth or descent
be a male 16 years of age or older
be a practicing Catholic
be a U.S. citizen or declared your intention to become one
If you meet all the criteria listed, complete PART A AND PART B of the application.
Those who do not meet ALL the above criteria should complete only PART A of the application.
